Pool & Spa Barrier Inspection

$299

The ideal scenario is when your barrier is secure, and you are prepared for the inspection to obtain your official council certificate (Form 23). If the barrier does not meet compliance standards, you will receive a comprehensive report that includes photographs and detailed explanations on how to address the non-compliant issues. This report will provide practical examples to assist you in bringing your barrier into compliance. Once all necessary corrections have been made, a re-inspection will be required.

2nd Re-Inspection

$180

To obtain your official council compliance certificate, a follow-up inspection will be conducted. You will have 60 days from the inspection date to ensure your barrier meets compliance standards. This option is available for individuals who have previously consulted with us or undergone an inspection and have addressed all the items outlined in the report. If you have made the necessary corrections, you are now ready for re-inspection.
