Compliance Inspections — $250
Our official inspection assesses your pool or spa barrier against current Victorian regulations. If it's compliant, we issue the required council Form 23 certificate. If not, you'll get a detailed report with photos and clear, practical guidance on what to fix.
Re-Inspections — $180
Once any non-compliant issues are resolved, a second inspection confirms compliance so we can issue your certificate. Re-inspections must occur within 60 days of the original assessment.

We believe pool safety pricing should be simple and upfront — no vague quotes and no surprises. Every Aqua Dreamz inspection is a fixed price, agreed before we arrive, that covers the full barrier assessment, a clear written report, and lodgement of your certificate once you are compliant.
Every inspection price includes:
- A thorough on-site inspection of your entire pool or spa barrier
- Assessment against the current Victorian safety standard for your barrier
- A plain-English report — pass or fail, with practical next steps
- Lodgement of your certificate of compliance with your local council
- Friendly guidance to help you reach compliance if anything needs fixing
When a re-inspection is needed
If your barrier doesn't pass first time, don't worry — it's common, and usually a quick fix. You'll receive a detailed report showing exactly what needs attention, and you then have time to arrange the repairs and a re-inspection at our reduced re-inspection rate. We only certify a barrier once it genuinely meets the standard, because that certificate is your legal record of compliance.
No hidden fees
The price we quote is the price you pay. Travel across our service area is included, and we accept EFT and cash. If your situation is unusual — a large commercial property, multiple barriers, or a tight council deadline — just let us know and we'll give you a clear fixed price before booking.
