Aqua Dreamz Pool & Spa Barrier Inspections

Services

Pool and spa safety barrier inspections and certificates across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula.

Every pool and spa in Victoria that can hold more than 300mm of water must have a compliant safety barrier — and it is the owner's legal responsibility to keep it that way. Aqua Dreamz makes staying compliant simple. Led by David Kean, a BPC-registered building inspector with over 15 years in pool construction and renovation, we inspect your barrier against the current Victorian standard, explain anything that needs attention in plain English, and lodge your certificate for you. Whether you are registering a new pool, selling, renting out a property, or simply due for your four-yearly check, we have you covered — often on the same day.

Our services cover the full compliance journey. Pool fence inspections give you a complete assessment of your barrier; pool and spa safety certificates are issued and lodged once you pass; and if you don't pass first time, our re-inspections and pre-inspection consultations help you get there quickly and affordably. Whatever stage you're at — a brand-new build, a recent renovation, a sale or rental, or a routine four-yearly check — we'll match you to the right service and explain exactly what's involved before we start.

How our inspection works

  1. 1. Book — call or enquire online and pick a time that suits you.
  2. 2. On-site inspection — we thoroughly assess your barrier: gates, latches, heights, gaps, ground clearance and climbable objects.
  3. 3. Clear report — pass or fail, you get a straightforward summary with practical next steps, not a confusing list of defects.
  4. 4. Certificate lodged — once compliant, we issue and lodge your certificate of compliance with your council.
