Our services

We provide pool and spa safety barrier inspections and related compliance certificates across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. Inspections are carried out against the relevant Victorian pool and spa barrier standards applicable at the time of inspection. A certificate of compliance is issued only where a barrier meets those requirements; where it does not, we will provide guidance on the items that require rectification.

Bookings and payment

Quoted prices are current at the time of quoting and may be subject to change. Payment terms will be advised at the time of booking. Re-inspections may incur an additional fee as advised.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property and pool or spa barrier at the scheduled time, and to provide accurate information about the property. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges arising from a lack of access or inaccurate information.

Disclaimer

An inspection reflects the condition of the barrier at the date and time of inspection only. Pool and spa barriers can be altered or fall out of compliance after inspection, and it remains the owner's ongoing legal responsibility to maintain a compliant barrier at all times. Information on this website is general in nature and does not constitute legal advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, our liability arising from your use of this website or our services is limited to re-supplying the relevant service or the cost of doing so.
